Thanks to Kelly's blog for promting this post after many months of no productivity here. I'd be surprised if anyone still checks my site (kudos to you if you do; ) First things first:

List of 7 things I've learned from my relationships with men:

1) How to "just be"
2) How to be lazy and not feel guilty about it
3) Sarcasm
4) The brain of a man really IS different than the one of a woman
5) The true love of Christ
6) Inhibition
7) How to just be myself and still feel loved

List of 7 things I've learned from my relationships with women:

1) True friendship
2) True acceptance as a human being, goofiness and all
3) How to pluck my eyebrows, use a curling iron and apply makeup
4) How to flirt (still not quite there ;)
5) The definition of myself as a woman in Christ
6) How to give unselfishly
7) How to be true to myself

Hopefully this will help to jump start more regular postings. I have a lot to say...so stay tuned.

"You have been my friend. That in itself is a tremendous thing. I wove my webs for you because I liked you. After all, what's a life, anyway? We're born, we live a little while, we die. A spider's life can't help being something of a mess, with all this trapping and eating flies. By helping you, perhaps I was trying to lift up my life a trifle. Heaven knows anyone's life can stand a little of that."
